It can be confusing to calculate exactly how much storage space you will need. We've provided approximate guidelines here to help you make the best decision. All of our units have 10' ceilings. Tip: If you plan to visit your unit often, rent a larger space so you have walking areas between your items. Make sure to stack heavy boxes on the bottom and lighter boxes at the top. How do I sign up for a storage unit?
Stop by our on-site office or call to schedule an appointment. We will have you complete a lease agreement and set up auto payments.
Is a security deposit required?
No
Is there a minimum lease term?
No, we rent month-to-month and have no minimums on our lease agreement.
What payment method is accepted?
Auto pay via credit card
How do you handle price changes?
A letter is sent out 30 days prior to the next payment.
Can I access my unit outside of regular gate or office hours?
Only if authorized with a special code
Do I need to provide my own lock?
Yes, however, we sell high-quality locks in our office along with packing tape, mattress covers, and LED lights for the unit interiors.
What items are prohibited from storage?
These items are outlined in the storage agreement and include perishables, firearms, explosives, flammable items, hazardous materials, and stolen property.
Is there electricity in the storage units?
Only a select few units offer electricity. Please inquire about availability.
How much notice do you require to terminate my rental agreement?
30-day contract schedule, no prorations
